Map and Directions to our Facility
- From the airport, follow signs to Interstate 405 North.
- Remain on 405 for about 15 miles.
- From 405, take State Route 520 East.
- Follow 520 East to Redmond Way/Redmond Fall City exit.
- Turn right (east) onto Redmond Way/Fall City Road.
- Follow Redmond Way/ Fall City Road to the 3rd stop light. Turn left (north) on to, 185th Ave. N.E. (left turn only allowed).
- Spiration® is .3 of a mile on the left, 3rd building. (FedEx box in driveway).
